Jessica Bitterman

Jessica is our Strategic Partnership Executive with 12+ years of experience in the legal industry. She began her career as a bankruptcy litigation paralegal for a competitive law firm in Central Florida. She furthered her exposure by submerging herself into many years of improving and mastering the complexities of class action administration; serving dual roles as Senior Client Case Manager & Project Development Strategist. Finally, Jessica has found her home at TSEG while navigating her way through the ever-changing world of Search Engine Optimization, paid ads, converting websites and analyzing Mass Tort campaigns. The industry may have started out as an opportunity, but soon became her passion.

Jessica attended Central Michigan University (Fire Up Chips!) where she earned degrees in Business Management, Public Relations & Marketing then on to Rollins College in Winter Park, FL earning a degree in Organizational Communication with a focus in Business Administration. Jessica’s education and experience builds the foundation for her to be a reliable and knowledgeable resource to her clients and colleagues.

Through a collaborative approach, she commits to finding the best solutions for her clients to help them achieve their professional goals, while still creating time for her own successes along the way. Her ever-growing list includes; setting a solid example to her son through faith, love & kindness, thriving in a debt-free lifestyle; creating unnecessary home improvement projects and working on her green thumb one day at a time (she’s up to 37 houseplants and her husband finally gave up on being angry about it).
